Fiber Laser Source
A specialized laser with excellent beam quality, delivered via a fiber optic cable to the robot. This ensures a consistent, focused spot at the weld point regardless of robot arm position.
Industrial Robotic Arm (6-Axis)
A high-precision, high-repeatability robot with a large working envelope. It maneuvers the welding head through any angle to access joints on complex assemblies.
Robotic Laser Welding Tool (RLWT)
The end-effector. An integrated module containing the final focusing lens, protective cover slide, and often integrated vision, tactile seam tracking, or wire feeding.
Laser Delivery Fiber & QBH Connector
The high-flexibility, armored fiber optic cable that transmits the laser beam from the source to the robotic tool. The QBH connector ensures a reliable, industry-standard optical connection.
Process Control Cabinet & Chiller
The central hub housing the laser power supply, robot controller, safety interfaces, and cooling systems for both the laser and the RLWT.
Offline Programming (OLP) & Simulation Software
Critical for efficiency. Advanced 3D software allows welds to be programmed on a digital twin of the part and cell, minimizing costly production line downtime for teach-in.
If you have specific component preferences, we can discuss configuration options to meet your needs.
Fume Extraction & Filter Unit
A robust, integrated system with multiple filter stages (HEPA, carbon) to capture fumes and particulates at the source. Protects operators and meets OSHA air quality standards.
6th-Axis Synchronized Positioner:
A heavy-duty, programmable rotary tilt table that works in perfect sync with the robot’s movements. Enables continuous, distortion-free welding of complex 3D parts.
Offline Programming & Simulation Suite
Advanced software that allows complete weld programs for new parts to be created and validated in a virtual 3D environment.
Closed-Loop Weld Monitoring & Analytics
Sensors that monitor weld quality metrics (like penetration) in real-time, logging data for each part. Provides traceable, auditable quality records and enables predictive maintenance.
With our fully independent R&D department, if you have any specific welding challenges or results you want to achieve, we can help develop a custom solution for you.
