Components

Fine Powder Pre-Filter

A primary filter designed to capture the bulk of loose DTF powder before it enters the main system. This is often a cleanable or replaceable panel filter that protects the more expensive final stage.

Fume & Mist Filter

A specialized filter media that captures the ultra-fine ink mist and remaining powder particles suspended in the air during printing and curing. This prevents them from settling back onto wet prints and causing defects.

Quiet Fan System

Engineered for sufficient airflow with minimal noise. This allows the extractor to run continuously in a print shop environment without being disruptive to operators.

Compact Housing

Designed with a slim profile to integrate seamlessly into or alongside a DTF printing booth. It effectively contains and treats air within the printing zone.
