High-Vacuum Industrial Blower
Provides extremely strong, localized suction at the end of the arm to instantly capture rising fumes. This power is crucial to prevent smoke from obscuring the weld pool or operator’s view.
Primary Particulate & Spark Arresting Filter
A first-stage, easy-to-clean metal filter that catches larger welding spatter, sparks, and debris from laser cleaning. This protects the downstream fine filters from damage and clogging.
Fine Dust & Fume Filter Cartridge
A secondary filter designed to capture the fine particulate and smoke from the process. For welding, this often includes filtration for sub-micron particles to protect operator health.
Premium Articulated Fume Extraction Arm
An industrial-grade, fully counter-balanced arm with a heat-resistant capture shroud. Allows for effortless, millimeter-precise positioning directly over the weld seam or cleaning path, ensuring near-total fume capture at the source.
High-Temperature Resistant Hose & Ducting Kit
Upgraded internal and flexible components lined with specialized materials. Withstands prolonged exposure to extreme heat and spatter from welding and laser ablation, ensuring long-term durability and preventing melt-downs.
Shielding gas is more than just a cost, it’s the key to weld integrity. This video cuts through the theory to show you exactly how your gas choice impacts a handheld laser weld, comparing it directly to TIG and MIG applications.
Learn which gases prevent porosity and oxidation on specific metals, and how selecting the right one can be the deciding factor between a weak joint and a strong, clean, production-ready result.

The W-Series is designed for targeted source capture during laser welding and laser cleaning. Its articulated arm is intended to position extraction close to the weld pool or cleaning path, where smoke and fine debris are generated.
Capturing fumes close to the source helps keep smoke out of the operator’s breathing zone and away from the laser process. The page also positions the W-Series to improve visibility and reduce interference around welding and cleaning work.
The product page lists 690 m³/h extraction capacity, 99.97% filtration @ 0.3 µm, two suction ports and a Ø75 mm inlet. The final setup must account for hose length, hood distance and contaminant type.
