Components

High-Power Fiber Laser Source

A continuous wave laser optimized for long, deep, and consistent seam welds at high speeds. Typically water-cooled for sustained power during production runs.

4-Axis CNC Motion System (X, Y, Z, Rotary)

The automated framework. The welding head travels on a rigid gantry (X, Y, Z) with an integrated rotary axis (typically the 4th axis) for cylindrical parts, enabling complex continuous paths.

Programmable Welding Head with Collimator & Focus Lens

A sealed optical assembly mounted on the Z-axis. It maintains a consistent focal distance and often includes integrated seam tracking or height sensing.

Integrated Filler Wire Feeder

A synchronized system that automatically delivers filler wire to the weld pool at programmable rates for improved joint strength and gap bridging.

Industrial Chiller

A centralized chiller stabilizes the laser.

CNC Control & Welding Programming Software

Sophisticated software for offline path programming, parameter libraries for different materials/thicknesses, and real-time control of all machine functions.

If you have specific component preferences, we can discuss configuration options to meet your needs.

Upgrades & Variants

Fume Extraction & Filter Unit

Fume Extraction & Filter Unit

A robust, integrated system with multiple filter stages (HEPA, carbon) to capture fumes and particulates at the source. Protects operators and meets OSHA air quality standards.

Safety Enclosure System

Safety Enclosure System

A fully interlocked, robust enclosure with integrated high-flow fume extraction and particulate filtration paths.

Beam Wobbling & Oscillation Head

Beam Wobbling & Oscillation Head

A welding head that moves the laser beam in precise circular or zigzag patterns during the weld. Bridges gaps up to 1mm between parts.

QCW (Quasi-Continuous Wave) Laser Source

QCW (Quasi-Continuous Wave) Laser Source

A high-performance laser that switches between peak-power pulses for deep penetration and a stable beam for high-speed seam welding.

With our fully independent R&D department, if you have any specific welding challenges or results you want to achieve, we can help develop a custom solution for you.
